The 90-Hour Technique Training & Practice is the experiential core of the Yogavatar® system, guiding students through a structured progression of yoga practices that integrate Body, Breath, and Mind.
This course develops practical understanding of āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, and foundational yogic techniques, moving beyond mechanical execution toward conscious and integrated practice. Students are trained to practice with alignment, awareness, and breath coordination, while cultivating stability, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Through the Yogavatar® 3-Layer approach and the 8-Step Practice Flow, students learn how to transform technique into a complete and meaningful practice.
This course provides a strong foundation for both personal development and professional teaching.
