200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yogavatar®)
The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yogavatar®) is a comprehensive and structured program that integrates classical yoga knowledge with modern teaching methodology, preparing students for both personal practice and professional teaching. The training is organized into four core components: Yoga Humanities, Technique Training & Practice, Anatomy & Physiology, and Professional Essentials, offering a complete foundation in philosophy, practice, body understanding, and teaching skills. Guided by the Yogavatar® approach, students develop through the integration of Body, Breath, and Mind, moving beyond mechanical practice toward clarity, awareness, and purposeful teaching.
